You wake up, go to a job you may or may not hate, and spend the rest of your waking hours ticking off boxes on a to-do list. Sounds great….not!

My oldest daughter, having worked so hard to get through college, will be rewarded with a virtual ceremony. Thanksgiving runs the risk of spreading germs instead of gratitude. And the best gift this Christmas may be staying away from the family and friends you care so much about.
Emotions are a part of being alive, being human. They are meant to be fluid and free flowing like a rive, holding on to any one emotion creates a dam with very weak supports, eventually it will burst.
